The Heluan is a 3-star, no fuss, garni hotel offering contactless check-in and is located in the heart of the spa area of Karlovy Vary.
The hotel can be found opposite the Castle colonnade and about 100 m from the Spring colonnade and Market colonnade. Goethe’s Lookout Tower is 5 minutes’ drive from the hotel, while the Mill Colonnade is a 12-minute walk away. The hotel is a short walk from the town theatre and there is a cable-car to the Diana Lookout Observation Tower nearby.

Hotel Heluan offers accommodation in spacious, tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable rooms, decorated with beautiful stucco ceilings and feature majestic doors and windows. Front facing rooms have a view of the town and all rooms feature coffee and tea making equipment, mini-fridge, writing table, smart TV and excellent WIFI. Bathroom facilities include towels, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo.

The hotel’s restaurant serves a continental style hot and cold buffet breakfast.

One of the hotels unique nostalgic features is our small but fully functional elevator.

Hotel Heluan does not offer parking, however, with the advance notice, we can arrange it for our guests in a nearby parking lot.

If our guests arrive outside of the reception time, they should let us know beforehand, we can provide them with contacless check-in.
